Disappointed client

I ordered a full chicken with tangy tomato sauce,with Nandos Heidelberg, I received a call from the branch that they don't have the requested sauce. And the Lady suggested that I take other sauce with is similar in taste to what I have ordered. I clearly mentioned to her that I can't have anything other than the tangy tomato,cause I have worse ulcer and it's just me and my 2year old Daughter.....she also can't take anything hot. She promised that it's the same taste different names. So was ok and they deliver my order... I couldn't even finish the 1st bit of the food. So I was left with a full chicken that I can't even eat. I called the branch and spoke to the manager....who promised that he will have a tangy tomato full chicken sent to me...and I have never heard from him it's been almost 3weeks.
