Disappointed bowl of death

I ordered 3 Plant based meals, I made sure the employee who took my order knew everything must be plant based. I was the only customer inside as everyone used the drive through with Mr Delivery drivers piping in every now and then to pick up an order. While waiting I overheard the employee who helped me, explain to another that my order must be all ‘Veggie’. She said it about 3 times. When I received my order I looked in the bag and again asked her if she is sure everything is plant based, no meat and she confidently said yes. And of course when I got home there was chicken in my supposedly plant base Original boujee Bowl. What a waste of money, I had to give my food away. This is the first time in years I’ve bought food from Nando’s for obvious reasons and I was so excited when I heard they have plant based options only to be disappointed by a bowl of death.
