Disappointed

So this is my second review about the same issue. I was charged R78 for a roasted veg and halloumi pita meal at the nandos is pavillion. I questioned the manger regarding the price as the pita meal was marked at R62. The manager insisted this is the charge as they charge extra for the halloumi. A few weeks later I was R44 for the same pita at a different branch. I posted on hello Peter and was called by an agent from nandos. She also insisted that this has always been the price, they charge R44 for roasted veg and then you get charged extra for halloumi. I told her this has never been the case, but she insisted that the branch that charged R44 was at fault and the pavillion branch was correct. A few days later I walked into the store and the roasted veg and halloumi pita was clearly marked at R44 on a sign board. I am extremely unimpressed by nandos with this matter. The call centre agent insisted I was wrong. I think that is wrong to do to an obviously loyal customer. I have a picture of the sign board stating the price. I did not get an apology and acceptance of their fault on my first complaint. I was told that I was wrong. Now I really can't understand this. Nandos will lose customers if managers don't even know how to charge customers. R78 for a pita meal. R44 for the pita, which means I paid R34 on that day for a tiny portion of chips.
