Disappointed at the lack of responsibility and response.

I bought Nando's Chicken Livers yesterday at Table view mall drive through in the afternoon. I specifically said hot and they made me wait a couple of minutes as they were "still cooking them" When the order came, I did not check them as I was going to eat at home that evening. When I got home, only to find that they put Lemon and Herb, and even the lemon and herb was not nice, it was blend with no taste or flavor. I had to eat the blend levers as it was my dinner. Please advise on the way forward, I need my hot chicken livers. Disappointed at the lack of responsibility and response.
