Disappointed at Nandos Galeria Durban stuff

I would like to share the bad experience me and my family had at Nandos in Durban Galeria Mall,We waited for 45 minutes for our food and inly got because I went to ask them how come people who came after us are alredy finishing their meals.The lady working there as a waiter was very rude when I ask if I could pass and she told No I must go the other way and I laughed and went that way,she persuade and asked if I have some thing to say and I ingored her,she bumped me with a bolw full of dishes This happened 23/12/2020
