Disappointed and tired of it

It's really irritating that every time I buy a full chicken at Nandos Protea Glen mall when I get home I get a dry charcoal meat .at that time I promised my family a take away and they'll be looking forward to it only to get home and disappoint them.R230 its a lot of money for me to waist it like that and i noticed that they do this on purpose because when you are sitting in the meal is perfect and juicy.Please guys stop the nonsense you are doing we are paying with our hard earned money.i have taken pictures and will like to get feedback on this matter
