Disappointed and dissatisfied

I ordered a meal on the Nandos online website and I was informed Nandos Eldoraigne has received my order and my food will be delivered in 45 minutes. Two hours later I still hadn’t received my food and nobody even bothered to call me and let me know my order will be late. I decided to then call them n they said they would call me back and nobody did. I called back again and I was then informed there was no driver available. The food did finally arrive and the order was wrong, I had ordered wedges and chips and they only gave me chips. The chicken didn’t even have any salt , it was just tasteless. Needless to say I’m very disappointed in Nandos , it has been my favorite restaurant , but I don’t think I wanna set foot in there again
