Disappointed again. Last time!

I'm always prepared to give a second chance even if the previous apology was like a standard template email. But ..... how the hell do you overcook pulled chicken. It was more like a chicken biltong wrap. A full portion of livers as apposed to a starter you kinda expect the box to be full or close to - not less than half. Chips also really ***. The packet sauce is nice though.
