Disappointed

I’m so disappointed at Nandos Giyani, I’ve complained last week because i had found a plastic in my food/salad but up until now they’ve never contacted me. I’ve wrote on Twitter and, they called me to understand my complain and promise to call me back/send someone to collect the plastic but, up until now nothing is happening and, now i want my money back i don’t want anything else….
