Disappointed!!!

It's been 2 weeks waiting for a response from your app and phone calls made.

I ordered via your app, money was deducted but no food received, called the store and they advised they didn't receive the order they checked with the call center they also didn't see the order under my profile.

I than went back to the app, my order didn't check out it was still in the basket, I called the store again they advised I need to wait 3 days and the money will reflect back in my account but nothing til date :(
