Disappointed!!!
<p>I am very disappointed with last 3 services I had at Nando's Chilie Lane.<br />1. Two weeks ago, I ordered a take out (chicken strips/Veg/Rice and no feta. When I got to my office my veggies at the bottom of the order were burned black and there was feta and basically the meal look like something my dog won't even eat.<br />2.Last week Friday, I set in after I ordered 1/4 chic meal/extra hot/breast/well done/ extra sauce - when my meal came it was the opposite of what I ordered and I had to wait again for a correct order and no one even bothered to apologise, whereas I had to apologise when I got to the office for being late.<br />3. Just yesterday, I ordered pap with 1/4 breast well done extra hot with extra sauce... again the meal came dry chicken and pap very messy and mild... To Top it all I got given an attitude from a staff member for raising this issue.</p> <p>I spent 90% of my take out at Nando's Chilie lane and I don't think me or anyone deserves bad service/delayed orders/bad attitude!!!</p>
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
