Disappointed

My family and I absolutely love Nandos so much so to the extent that it is a dream to own one. However, we seem to always get the same issue no matter which branch we go to. Yesterday we went to the branch near Menlyn Maine and we always request that the chicken be extra well done and request for extra sauce (bear in mind we always willing to pay for the extra sauce) but every single time, no matter the branch, we always have to check our order and ask again for the chicken to be well done and for sauce because it’s always so dry. The sad part is when you do that then the server becomes rude and disrespectful and the person grilling the chicken is even worse! I’ll never forget how the one experience we had at Nandos Parkview Centre where the guy that was grilling the chicken actually refused to do it again or put extra sauce and walked away. So disappointing that Nandos is not open to cater for such a simple request from a customer.
