Delivery order - hectic !!
<p>I did phoned Nando's Norwood in order to set a delivery order. The gentleman on the other side was of a low-training quality as it took me almost 10 minutes just for him to capture phone number (mine was the simplest ever; you may check), and then had to spell my street name (shouldn't be fami**** as its one of the most busy Nando's delivery target). After almost 12 minutes I had no options but to end such a "turtle service", phoning Pizza Hut, of which my info data capture took literally less than 2 min and my order was placed after. </p> <p> </p> <p>I do understand your service load but please work on training your staff in order to speed up the delivery service and safe your loyal customers time and airtime. </p>
