Delivery order

I phoned about 14h35 to place a order for delivery. After an hour we phoned again to hear where our order was and the woman answering just said that it is going to take another 45 min because the electricity is off, but knowing out of experience we always order there because they have a generator and after answering our phone call twice how can their electricity be off? I asked her the whole time why my order is taking so long and why will it be another 45 min she kept on ignoring me and let the driver talk to me. When I talked to the driver he couldn't give me an answer and gave the phone back to the woman helping us. I said to the women that she can cancel the order but she said the driver is already on his way. After a few minutes the driver arrived at my house with the food but I send it back because I did tell them I want my order cancelled. I will never again order food by Nandos Savanah Mall Pietersburg, I would rather order by Nandos drive through near Thornhill they give so much better service.
