Delivery Frustration

Today I called Nando's Bryanston at 12h47 on *** to place an order for a delivery to the Oval Office Park. The operator advised that we would receive our order 5201 at 13h35. I called the branch at 13h55 to try and find out where our order was. When you call the landline and select option 2 then the phone would ring and eventually cut off. I then called back and selected option 1 just to try and get someone to assist, Kagiso answered and said that he would try and get someone to assist and asked for my cell number so that someone could get back to me. He also advised that if no one answers when I select option 2 then I must also try option 3. In the 9 times that I tried to get hold of someone on *** someone answered, I gave him the order number and yes you guessed it, while I was waiting I was cut off once again. I then called the Head Office on *** and spoke to Daphney. Daphney also confirmed that there was no one answering the call and also tried the manager who too was not answering the call but advised that she can escalate my complaint and supply feedback within 24 to 48 hours for the lunch that we ordered today. (Seriously) This is totally unacceptable and Daphney advised that she was not able to assist so I asked the question then why was there a Call Centre if I could not be assisted. The long and the short of it was that no one could advise after a total of 10 calls to *** as I tried the landline again after I slammed the phone down on Daphney. The order arrived at our offices at 14h30, the food was cold and to top it all the spinach which was supposed to have feta was just plain spinach. Nando's however charged us for the feta but failed to add it. I immediately said just pay for it as I will never be able to get through to anyone to complain and all the phoning and holding on actually just costs more. It is now 15h20 and no-one has actually even bothered to call me back. Extremely disappointed with my experience in ordering from Nando's.
