Delayed delivery

18/09/2018 - I have placed an order via the Nando's call centre for the Fordsburg branch at 10h00 this morning for the food to be delivered at 11h30 it is now 13h20 and my order is still not here. This is extreme frustrating and unprofessional. This is not the 1st time as it happened to me a couple of times when I ordered at the Ormonde branch and only to be told "I am sorry" from the manager. This doesn't cut it The Nando's branches have extreme poor customer service. Not to mention that annoying voice recording they have when you want to place an order, very frustrating and again unprofessional......
