Degraded and undervalued

<br> I will never be going back to nandos in St. GEORGES Harrow as after our meal I decided to order desert and after eating say a half I found a hair in the cake long and blonde and I can assure you.. I do not have long hair so I sent it back once sent back the manager rushed to me saying how is the hair in your food I said I wouldn't know you tell me to which he rep**** it isn't one of mine so I said your staff? And he said uve eaten half and found it...to which I rep**** are you blaming me? To which he rep**** well look.. He started indirectly blaming me and causing a scene in front of my guests his name Is Ricardo I won't be going back as I used to be a regular but this has showed how your staff disregard customer safety.
