Definitely not fast food

I placed an order online for delivery from the Nandos Woodhill in Pretoria and was told by the website and confirmation message that I should expect my order to be delivered within 30 minutes. After an hour of waiting I went to check on the status of my order and the estimated time then went to an additional hour. After trying to phone the status department for 15 minutes I eventually got through to someone who told me that the systems were down and that the orders would take an hour to get delivered. This is PATHETIC!!!!!! If systems are down then orders should not be able to even be placed and paid for. This is my first time using Nandos delivery and I can guarantee you that it will be my last. On a Friday night when we want to have dinner I now have to wait 2 hours for my food to be delivered from a restaurant that is 15 minutes away. Eventually after the order finally arrived it came here ice cold which is quite unappealing. You seriously need to fix your delivery system and ensure food gets delivered hot.
