DEEP SIGH...
I enjoy trying new things. When I heard of the Nandos Concept store I got really enthusiastic. I just couldn't wait to try it with my friends. We had a date for the 26th April 2015. What an nasty afternoon. Our waitress Mpho was just too tired. She rolled her eyes at us each time we asked for something. Our food order took more than an hour, our glasses all had lipstick stains from previous users. We had no condiments at our table, our bill came back with extra items we knew nothing about. Our food, when it eventually came, came in intervals. Our salad was old and dry. My espresso was ice cold and weak. After all said and done, we were told we needed to leave/move from our table as it was pre-booked. Why were we seated there in the first place if they knew it was booked for the time it was booked for? I could go on and on...Never again!!!<br>
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
