Debited twice no reversal showing

I purchased 2 meals from Nando's was debited twice and promised a reversal however on my account I cannot see the reversal had to spend airtime to contact them after being promised a call back to follow up this happened at promenade Mitchells plain Nando's I am really upset I would like a free meal for compensation for the inconvenience caused and a document showing the reversal was done because I checked my bank statement and nothing is showing please assist.
