Death of an iconic SA food brand..total "cluck-up"! 😪🔥

Despicable food from Nando's Plattekloof (Cape Town)🔥 Ordered the flame-grilled mielie (R40!) and Pulled Chicken Sandwich meal and chips (R90!) via Uber Eats...everything ice cold on arrival, mielie the smallest I have ever seen and raw. Pulled chicken sandwich had a piece of Melrose Cheese not even melted and about a tables**** of shredded chicken. And ice cold. Chips were so underdone as to be inedible.

But the real issue was their despicable Customer Service via X...repeated stonewalling obfuscation, zero human interaction, malfunctioning AI and no landline to call.

This brand is in total freefall...so sad to watch. Avoid if you want value, hot food or a pleasant experience. 😪
