I ordered nandos on the 25th July from the N12 Klerksdorp branch, and I now see why some people drive all the way to potchefstroom to get nandos. I was quite specific in my order (i hope you record calls) I don't want spice in my wedges, put in extra sauce in the meat ect. What I got was spicy wedges that I couldn't eat, chicken that had been cooked to death so it was literally falling off the bone, no extra sauce in the chicken and cabbage & carrots that passed as coleslaw ( I had to put moremayonnaise in it) . This ********** order cost me R272. I called the branch, was told manager will get back to me, nothing!! You already had to close one branch in Klerksdorp, at this rate you will close another if this is how you treat long-standing customers or any customer for that matter, especially in this pandemic. What a complete waste of my hard earned money. I could have gotten chicken licken for less than half the price.
