Last week I purchased 2 quarter chicken meals and 2 kiddies burger meals for nandos eldoraigne. After collecting my order and getting home I checked the invoice and to my surprise I was charged R49.00 for the one quarter meal and R61.00 for the other. I called the call centre and queried what was the difference between these 2 meals with no assistance at all just blaming the store. I then called the store and mr M that answered told me it was phone order charge which made me even more furious, i than ask for the manager and spoke to mr j who blamed nandos for this error and after 30 min on the call with him, mr j took my details and address to send the delivery guy to return my R12.00. It’s not that I am desperate for this R12 but more about being honest and rob customers. Imagine taking an additional R12 from a few thousand customers.
