On Thursday the 4th I went to buy a chicken(R202,00) at Nando's Alberton where I was helped by Busisiwe and the other guy with no name tag. I have paid with the card twice as they say the first payment didn't go through. But on my account was deducted. Then they said it would be reversed within 24 hours and nothing happened. The following day I phoned(with my airtime) and I spoke to the manager by the name Njabulo requesting my money to be paid back.He told me that I must bring the bank statement so that he can pay me back or I'll get it after seven days. I asked him why should I bring the bank statement because I was not applying for credit I just wanted my money. And the other thing is why should I drive(using my petrol) to them to get my money. Do I have to spent more to get my money?
