Dangerous Foreign object in food

We found a Drawing pin in our rice, my brother nearly choked on it, after contacting Nandos via facebook, they requested the details of the incident, i gave them the details, including order number and pictures of the pin in the food as well as the slips, after sending them the info they requested, I've had no response, they see my messages on facebook and ignore me, currently I've been waiting nearly 2 weeks following up with no response, help, or acknowledgement.
