Customers requests do not matter!!!!

We went to Nando’s (the one that is on Garsfontein Rd, near Menlyn Maine) last night (21/12/2018) and once again we experienced the same thing that I have complained about before but nothing was done! We requested for extra sauce which we did not receive. We asked Busi, the manager, and she went on to explain that the system calculates only 5ml’s of sauce. So can Nando’s explain to me why the hell they have an option for extra sauce then?!?! I even offered to pay for the extra sauce to which Busi said they don’t charge for extra sauce so then why must I always have a fight for extra sauce?!?! Busi ended up giving us extra sauce but she specifically mentioned she can only give us a few s****s. So Nando’s could not give two hoots of their customers preferences because the system calculates how much sauce we can get!!!!! I will pay for extra sauce but still can’t get it. Nando’s your interest in your customers is pathetic and disgusting and Nando’s really doesn’t care what your customer wants!
