CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO PATHETIC
I call the store yesterday to place an order..... some days you place at the store and other days you are told to call the call center? not sure what that is about?<br> so i call and place an order for delivery, keeping in mind sometimes i collect so within 10min meals are normally done... however i am informed that should i want a delivery it will take between 45 - 60 min? so i ask how is it possible that it can take an hour? i only live 4km from the store? i is explained to me that is the time needed for the driver to come and deliver and no ways will it be less than an hours wait. now if i called at 6pm i could understand that it is peak time however i called at 4pm so no rush had happened as yet. Might i also add that this is not the first issues I have had at wither the store or call centre. So not to worry Nandos my buisness will not come your way any longer.
