Customer Service hits Rock Bottom

Words cannot begin to describe how disgusted I am about the service at the Nandos at Pick 'n Pay Shoshanguve Shopping Complex. I get there, just before 20h30 to wait at the front till for about 10minutes of waiting to be serviced. Then it came to realisation that maybe the lady that was giving away orders was the one who was supposed to assist me. Then it made sense for me to wait on her. But now what ****ed me off was that when she was told that a customer is waiting, she just tilted her head in my direction then looked back. I would have expected her to say that she will be with me in a moment. Then the kitchen guys started to make fun out of the whole scene, that is when I decided to walk out and save her the energy to come and take my order. Working in the client service industry myself, I know that customers can be tiring, especially after a long day, but that is no excuse cause you are not representing yourself but the brand of the company in which you are employed. I mean you get to Nandos Sandton City where the service is super awesome (compliment to them). So this proves that it is actually possible to get some descent service. And this is not the first incident<br> <br>
