Customer care is perfunctory

Benmore Gardens Sandton branch. Emailed customer care to complain about 4 issues out of 2 orders in one month. Received email from Collen the manager only acknowledging the issue with the chicken pieces in the vegetarian spinach - not addressing the other complaints such as the leaking wrap without much salad, the strips always being tough and chewy, the extra hot not being hot at all, the chips dry, etc - obviously does not matter to the manager. I rep**** to the email in dissatisfaction and the regional manager emailed me - again not acknowledging anything - and offering me a potential R200 voucher. What kind of nonsense service and customer care is this...?!? Beyond mediocre. Zero accountability. Do better, Nando's!
