Couldn't rectifier their mistake the same way another company really went out of their way to rectify there's

<p>I purchased food via the drive tru @ Nandos Lenasia Trade route mall drive tru - I paid for extra cheese and pineapples for our meals but it was a little while ago - when I got home realised that it wasn’t added on the meals I called and spoke to the manager (can’t remember his name) said one the next order he wouldn’t charge the pineapple and cheese (lol).</p> <p> </p> <p>The reason I'm only posted this now is that I had the same experience a few weeks later @ the KFC drive tru @ trade route mall Lenasia but instead of only not charging me for the cheese and pineapples the manager there prepared my entire meal for free with the extra cheese and pineapples as just a matter of principle. Imagine my surprise when I compared the 2 places - they really are miles apart - Juts wanted to bring it to your attention. </p> <p> </p> <p>By the way I never went back there for the free cheese and pineapples offer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks </p> <p>Ebie </p> <p> ********** 898</p>
