Continuous mistakes with order!
I placed a phone order for collection from Nandos Corlett Drive, JHB. Effort the teller telephonic ally took my order and I continuously said to him to put cheddar cheese non my strips and rice. When i collect my order Elizabeth packs it and i again requested they put the right cheese, she insisted it was cheddar and did not even open the box to check!. I drive all the way back to the office and get feta cheese with is not edible in the rice as it is sour . I call the manager (Mtombi) who is rude and now i must wait for their driver to get back to bring me another ,meal??? This is absolute negligence and laziness on behalf of these so called trained staff. Nandos head office should consider serious disciplinary as this is in all honesty the 5th or 6th incident with this store. I continue to purchase from here as it is the closest to my office. I think for trained staff to give incorrect meals after the customer asks them to ensure it is correct is absolutely ridiculous
