Constant delivery issues
We have been customers of Nandos Banbury Cross for many years. The amount of times we had issues with deliveries definitely out numbers the amount of times we had the delivery on time and with the correct items brought home. Yesterday was a typical example. The wrong size chips were sent. When we called in, which takes forever in a day to get through, we were told they will bring the correct size. Waiting for the initial hour and half for the delivery we still had to wait another 2 hrs for the correct chips to arrive. Low and behold - wrong size again. This is not the first time we have had a delivery very very late and had them return the food not once, not twice but three times till they eventually get it right. By that time you don't even feel like eating the food. Not to mention the chicken is no longer of the quality we were used to. It is dry and obviously cold by the time it gets to us. We've been more than patient but this has to be raised to Nandos attention. You are getting a horrid name for service from this branch.
