Consistently Poor Quality
We are regular customers of this Nando's (going every two weeks). Over the last year and a half the portion sizes of livers have decreased significantly while the prices have gone up too. We were told by management that this is what Head Office has requested. Upon going to another Nando's in the area instead we received the original size for the full portion. Tonight the roll that was given was stale, the livers were burnt (frequent issue), the full portion got decreased again and I got peri-peri instead of lemon and herb. They have lost our support as customers permanently.
