Complete incompetence & no interest in quality
Nando's Norwood has messed up my order & evening YET AGAIN!!!<br> I only go to this branch as it's the closest to where I live but I think from now on I'll be going to any other branch but Norwood. <br> After repeating my order back to me, they still managed to ***** me by not packing one portion of chips, passing off a single burger as a double, shorted me on extra cheese that was ordered, threw another of the burgers ordered together so badly that it was basically separate ingredients.<br> I don't have the time or patience to list the amount of times that they have messed up our orders.<br> In three years of buying here, they've got it right once.<br> To top it off, when I got home, the \peri\" wedges had spice on a total of 3 wedges out of the whole portion. This after I complained in advance of it happening repeatedly & asking them to ensure proper spicing.<br> Just defranchise this store. They're *********** & the owners are permanently absent. "
