Hello my name is Khanyi. I dropped off my brother to go buy Nando's in Vincent. He apparently was rude and argued with the ladies in front. They refused to serve him which I thought they were following procedures. He returned back without the chicken. I decided to go back with the aim of apologising on his behalf for whatever he did. I got there apologised which I thought was fine. I then proceeded to buy and to my surprise they also refused to serve me. I was very disappointed and shocked as I had nothing to do with my brother's behavior moreover I wasn't even there. I honestly didn't know that's how they treat their customers as I buy there regularly because it's the nearest Nando's to me.
