Complaint Nandos Vanderbijlpark

Today, 28th July, we decided to have an informal meeting with my staff at Nandos Vanderbijlpark. I have never had a sit in at Nandos before, mostly I do drive thru's. Four of us enterd and chose a sit and waited with a hope of a waiter serving us. Time passed by without being attended to. Sitting down Nandos for a first time, we thought maybe be things are done differently from other restaurants, my guy decided it makes sense to ask a passing waiter whether should we order at a till or what, he did not even finish his sentence the waiter cut him off by saying go to the till. I don't have a problem with what he said but how he said. Fair enough, my guy went to place the order. It was drinks first and the food later. The lady who attended to us brought our drinks already opened , without a simple hello , started dishing out drinks. After she left we noticed the glasses were not properly rinsed or cleaned, we wanted to complain, but good heart in me stopped me. The food came and also forks and knives were not cleaned , my guys wanted to storm out but i stopped them cos we were there for a meeting. I must say the second lady who brought the second round of our drinks was but polite, she first apologized for the dirty table which had flour or something , for dirty glasses and smfork and knives. I know people are overworked,under staffed and under paid, but this is not the way of treating paying customers.
