Complaint-Nandos Gold Reef City

Nandos Gold Reef City have the most incompetant and rude managers. They have double charged me on a meal in April and still have not refunded me my money. It's now going on 3 weeks and still no reversal or refund on my money. The one manger takes my details and over a week goes by with no response. I have to go into the shop and query this myself. He takes my details again which means that he didn,t even follow up. They were very quick to double charge me but to return my money is very difficult. Today I had to deal with another rude manager Naveen who now asks me for my bank statements after me showing him proof on my phone that my money was not reversed and the sms for my credit card. How is that ethical? Doesn't that go against the POPI act as well as the Consumer Protection Act? I also find out that there are 4 other people they have done this to! Nandos is not a financial institute to demand my credit card statements! My sms confirmation should be sufficient. Nandos gold reef city has now lost my patronage and that of my friends and family. I will never frequent them again. Taking someone,s money and not reurning it is just blatant thievery!
