Complaint for Nando's in sarnia ,KZN

So I got the new bar one milkshake and was eating in n I had not touched it so I asked the manager as she was helping the the person that was serving us to put it in a take away cup coz I was rushing somewhere...she was rude responds ,droping the cup infront of my business partner while she went to the kitchen and put it all mixed up and it up and bring it not neat and banging it infront on the table of my client ...I'm very unhappy with the service and especially 4rm a manager of the store...she was busy making comments shouting with kitchen stuff,never been embarrassed especially in my favorite restaurant...a very unpleasant experiance ...got pictures to prove it.
