Complaint about poor customer service

I went to Nando's in Savoy on the 25th of May 2021 and the service was very poor and disappointing. I always take my family out to enjoy a nice Nando's dinner as I had my first date there with my boyfriend, who is now my husband. However, I will never ever go there again. They do not cater for children and the staff is very rude. I asked them for hot water to warm the juice for my one-year old daughter and my son who is six years old, because it was too cold, and the staff refused. I had to fetched warm water from the toilet. They served us burnt and dry meat and when I complained, I was told that “black people” like to complain unnecessarily. I did not appreciate this comment because it was very uncalled for and unprofessional, especially when I paid for the meal. They said the food was burned because they were very busy. I did not understand this at all because it was just me and my family in the restaurant. I will never recommend Nando’s to anyone due to the poor customer service I received.
