Complaint about NANDO Arbour Crossing

I have complained on the Nando's site but it has been a week since and no response. Last week 13 February 2020 we purchased some items from Nando's drive through. The food was tasteless and very difficult to chew. We have similar issues before and complained.... we have to go to the extent of saying make sure the chicken is succulent, but still. The order was done at the drive-through of Arbour Crossing Nandos in Amanzimtoti, Order number 903 on 13 Feb 2020, Chk 7903.... a unique code was given which now expired ***. The pitas, the strips as well as the 1/4 chicken breast piece was tough to chew and dry.
