Complaint

I was at Nandos Richards Bay the one near Boardwalk Mall. I was so disappointed and upset with the service i got today. I called the call center to make an order, because i didnt want to wait as it was a pick up. When i got there, they said they couldnt find my order. I waited by the counter for a few minutes to get a solution to my problem. Then after 2 mins she found my order, so i was like ok cool that because they didnt find it when i got there it means its not processed. So i told the lady im going to sit down so it can get processed. I waited for 20 mins then she says, i must go to the other cashier to help me. She then goes to the back in the kitchen before i could ask her if the other lady helping me has my order been processed or will i wait for another 20 mins for my order. She then comes back and when i ask her she ignores me, i said 'excuse me' 5 times she still ignored me. Then I got mad and said to her to stop ignoring me and she still ignored me while she was busy packing other orders as if i wasnt there. I then said to her i will post a complaint and left, never raiing my voice. Then realised i need her name, i went back to the store to ask for name, said 'excuse me' to her 10 times she still ignored me then when she moved counters she said a name, her name is Mbali Ntuli. I doubt thats her name. You can even look through the footage and you will see how she ignored me and didnt interact with me. What upsets me the most is i had gone to get the chicken for my mom who is currently in hospital, which is the reason why i made an online order so i didnt have to wait. Because of the delay in all of this i couldnt see my mom for the visitation and i didnt give her food because i was so upset and left. I am not a person who complains and have a high tolerance before i crack, but this was just upsettig and wrong. I also work with people and understand how clients can be unreasonable which is why i always apply understanding when i go in public but this case was just too much.
