I have ordered food and I brought a juice from out side and my partner asked for water and the waiter just stayed at the back without saying anything. We called another waiter and he said he only bring water for my partner when he takes our juice to their fridge. We asked for a Manager called Teboho and he said the same story that if they bring their water they will take our juice to their fridge. The manager was rude and we want to know if ever it is the policy of Nandos that if have my own drink i am not given water cause they think I will use their glass to drink. The waiter's name is Ruth. Please assist us as we wants to know if it is in the policy of Nandos restaurant or not. Disappointed cause there was a chaos in the restaurant and we didn't even enjoy our food. It was so sad
