Complaint

Good Day,

I am really disappointed in the service we receive at the Nandos in Vanderbijlpark. I always order the same meal, and each time my order is wrong and never consistent. I placed an order for the Perinaise , Avo and Caramelized onions Pita, I received my order and the Pita was dry no sauce, no Avo and no caramelized onions.

This happens so often that now that makes me think twice before placing an order at Nandos. With the prices of your meals, I honestly think Nandos can afford to send their employees on training for following a recipe and delivering consistent meals.
