Complain

Went online to order some Nandos. Apparently they stop doing deliveries 20:30. So 20:38 I place the order the money goes through but it doesn't generate a slip...I call customer care tell them my problem intact I called the Pretoria North store first....they say they can't help me cause they see no order here.... Well head office calls the store to sort the order out...and tell me the order will be sorted..the store calls me on some we called customer care...and I was like waow right there I'm the one who called head office..and then she says she can only help me tomorrow....how can they help me tomorrow when they have my money? @NandosSA is sleeping with my money...but I'm sleeping with hunger......
