Complain

I am sitting at Nandos Pritchard street with my kids, bought 3 specials much as I am aware that that in the special u cannot choose whether u want leg or wing I was telling the lady by name of Zanele that amongst the 3 if the is a wing that wing must be hot. Instead she answered me rudely that she cannot do that as she does the till not the meat. I said don't answer me like that I was just asking as I will normally ask when I go to buy the specials and she us telling me this is CBD I don't know whether this is the kind of service we must get from front people at Nandos as they are the face of this food outlet. I said to her do not answer me that nonsense she responded loudly that I tell her Nonsense. I cannot tolerate such bad service as I was merely asking
