Bought Nando meal at Cresta Mall for myself and colleague today(27/10/2022). We always enjoy their meal and we work close to the restaurant.
Today's meal was horrible. The meal was burnt, no taste and dry( No extra source as per our request). The chips were not fully fried
Called the restaurant and spoke to Brian as he claimed to be a manager. The guy had no manners, had no customer service, as he told me I should take the matter further because he won't be able to assist. It's such a shame that Nando's has hired people with no people skill nor customer service skill, even worst for position he is holding!
NO MORE Nando's Cresta for me and my colleague!!!!
