Communication and lively coleslaw

I purchase our family supper at Nandos last night.

It is festive season - so you lazy and want a good meal... and we pay cash ( some of your recent increases - I wonder if a Nandos card is an idea - so I can pay it off)

I had a special order - hot, well done and extra sauce. I got meduim, almost looked boiled...slightly grilled with minimal sauce.

The labelling all indicated what the product should be... but the inside was not matching that.

I ended up placing it back in my oven to just get it browned a bit.

The coleslaw... it tasted very lively... there was something missing ( I can cook and make a salad). I paid a total of R163. - This without coodrink. Both portions for my wife and myself had the same dissapointment. My children did not complain... because they just happy to eat Nandos.

It was a take away meal which I placed telephonically. I dont even want to express my dissapointment with what happened on that call... but speaking in african language to your colleague - assuming that I would not understand...Hello I was born and raised in our GREAT country.

When I advised to the call/order taker I heard what she said, she said she was speaking about another customer... I wonder how that makes it right?

Perceptions are a dangerous thing...

If you guys want to learn about GREAT service and how to run Nandos where I dont mind paying the price, speak to Carl at Nandos in Edwards Street - Bellville Cape Town - he gets a 5 STAR rating from me all the time.
