Cold food is a health risk

I was at Nando’s Long Street Cape Town. Whiles waiting for to be severed. A customer brought his meal back claiming it was cold. I order a Chicken pergo + peri chip take away. I had this meal at the office when I open my box, my whole burger was sloppy. As I picked it up the bitten off my burger was wet and the chicken was cold . I was really disappointed as I was hungry, I needed to have my meal and have medication there after.
