Cold food and late delivery!

Ordered online, we live literally 5 minute away from Nandos, I have a toddler and wife took my baby seat so I could not go there. I ordered online at 6:10pm and it said it would be delivered at 6:50pm. Waited till 7pm and called, the store said the driver was on his way. I waited another 40 minutes and called again, they said he is STILL on his way. Waited in total 90 minutes since order was placed at 6:10pm, expected delivery was 6:50pm and order delivered at 7:40pm. The food was already cold. In total 50minutes late as per expected delivery time. I should have just walked there and back which would have been quicker than this. Ridiculous service and delivery! Pizzahut delivers in 25min and they are 15min drive away! What a fail from Nandos! Deeply disappointed with this online order experience!

If anyone is interested in ordering from Nandos online , DONT DO IT unless you can wait 2 hours for a 10-minute drive delivery with the food cold, and be prepared to pay R20 for this delivery.
