****roaches in my drink

I went to Nando's restaurant in Cresta Mall, placed my order along with my partner, as the food was delivered to our table I then asked for two glasses which took quite a while, the manager came to check If our food was okay, I just asked for glasses of which I had already requested from the waiter who was serving me, fortunately the manager speeded up the service by ensuring our glasses were brought to our table. One glass filled with ice which was intended for myself and the other without ice which was intended for my partner. As we were having our meals after a several sips from the glass which was meant for myself that contained ice there right inside my soft drink a ****roach in my glass. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I went to the front desk to show the manager calm hoping he will sort out the issue but instead he takes the glasses and leaves me at the till point taking another glass with ice to our table where I was seated with my partner as if nothing happened, i'm utterly disgusted by the service. It's as if they were feeding ***s, of which we paid for our meals. I urge anyone who wants to buy food at Nando's in Cresta Mall to consider their options carefully
